Ballantyne Village Launches New Homegrown Project This Weekend
Charlotte N.C. - South Charlotte’s Ballantyne Village, a boutique-style shopping center, goes hyper-local as it introduces its latest initiative, 3H.
On Saturday, Sept. 13, join Ballantyne Village for the 3H Grand Opening event from noon until 6 p.m. The day’s lineup includes live music, family friendly activities, prizes and a grand drawing featuring a $500 Ballantyne Village gift card.
Homemade, homegrown and handmade are the three H’s that together comprise, the 3H concept. Featuring only local vendors, 3H at Ballantyne Village offers everything from fresh vegetables and natural candles, to art and jewelry. Located near Savvy + Co Real Estate, just down from the theatre, 3H is every Tuesday and Saturday from noon until 6 p.m.
Parking? No sweat. There is plenty of parking available in the Ballantyne Village parking deck located on the corners of Ballantyne Village Way/ John J Delaney Blvd. and Costigan Ln. Located only a few steps from the elevator, the parking deck has convenient access to every level of Ballantyne Village.

Ballantyne Village is a collection of shops and restaurants located in south Charlotte just across Johnston Road from Ballantyne Resort and Conference Center. It includes award-winning dining, salon and spa services, outdoor entertainment, an art house theatre and high-end shopping. Ballantyne Village was purchased by Vision Ventures and Mt. Vernon Management in October 2013 and is currently managed and leased by Merrifield Patrick Vermillion.
