"Sibling to Copper in Dilworth, this will offer eclectic cuisine, says owner Apar Singh Pannu, with a menu by consultant chef Mel Oza. Some examples of dishes: chimichurri-rubbed chicken with a Provencal-style bean stew; Szechuan-inspired seafood medley with Oriental vegetables; and duck and mushroom taquitos with house-made pastry. Says Oza: "Think Wolfgang Puck. Elegant.... Rather than calling it multi-cuisine, we call it eclectic, meaning we'll have things inspired by Thailand, inspired by Provence... not fusion, but more."
