Tenant Renovations Planned at Ballantyne Village

Charlotte N.C. - Ballantyne Village, Ballantyne's premiere shopping and entertainment center, is revealing Rush Espresso's planned renovations as it relocates.

Just weeks after celebrating its fourth birthday and signing an extended lease, Rush Espresso will be revamping its café design and layout as they move across from its current location. New and existing customers can look forward to a new color palette and furniture to further establish its contemporary European atmosphere.

Whether it's coffee talk with friends, coworkers or a client, Rush Espresso hosts an environment suited for an engaging or productive visit. Enjoy the rush of their signature coffee drinks or fuel-up with one of their delicious cafe menu items.

"Rush Espresso is thrilled with the inclusion and opportunity to be a part of Ballantyne Village," said Paul McConachy, Owner at Rush Espresso. "We are looking forward to our new cafe design and layout, which will allow us to better serve our customers and offer an improved level of expertise," continued McConachy.

Ballantyne Village is a collection of shops and restaurants located in south Charlotte just across Johnston Road from Ballantyne Resort and Conference Center. It includes award-winning dining, salon and spa services, outdoor entertainment, an art house theatre and high-end shopping. Ballantyne Village was purchased by Vision Ventures and Mt.Vernon Management in October 2013 and is currently managed by CNL and leased by MPV Properties. Keely Simerville is the leasing contact.
